• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
• An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or payment cannot be authorised. In such cases you will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; if a product is mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store card details.

We work to describe products accurately, including fragrance notes and ingredients. However, descriptions are provided for general information, and individual scent perception varies by skin chemistry. Images are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly.

Risk and title in the products pass to you upon delivery. Delivery is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing a correct, deliverable address.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this website — including the StarBayt name and logo, text, images and product designs — is the property of StarBayt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy or use it without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt services, accessing restricted areas, or using automated tools in a way that harms the website or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarBayt’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
