Shipping & Delivery Policy

StarBayt ships across India, to all states and union territories. Orders are dispatched from our Mumbai warehouse, and most pincodes in metro cities are serviced.

Once your order is placed, here is what to expect:

• Order confirmation: within minutes by email.
• Dispatch: within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
• Standard delivery: 3–6 business days.
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days in metro cities.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during festivals, sales and in remote areas. You will receive tracking details by email and SMS once dispatched.

• Complimentary standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Standard shipping: ₹79 for orders below ₹999.
• Express shipping: ₹199 (subject to pincode serviceability).

Cash on delivery is available across most of India for orders up to ₹10,000. A nominal COD fee may apply for select pincodes and will be shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner.

A tracking link is shared by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received an update within 3–6 business days of dispatch, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate immediately.
